We couldn’t have asked for a better way to see it out than to spend our last day throwing a bunch of axes with the best people we know! We can’t thank you all enough for supporting league over the years, and it has been truly an honour to watch you all achieve great things - whatever those individual challenges may be - and go from strength to strength as axe throwers.

Although the end is bittersweet, we feel so humbled and so thankful to have shared this wild ride with you all. To see and hear the positive impacts that Sunny’s has made to you all makes all of the challenges and bu****it of running a small business during difficult times worth it.

Our last ever Sunday with you all was the highlight of our axe throwing career.

Next up we had our personal favourite - Big Axe Finals for Season 4. So good to see how far our Big Axe throwers have come, with several people ditching their 2 handed throws for 1 handed throws and having a lot of success! 😱💪

Finals Week is in full swing here at Sunny’s for our last week, and we kicked things off with our Wednesday Standard Finals. A lot of great throwing, nail biting games, and awesome people cheering each other on. ❤️

It’s our last week here at Sunny’s Axe Throwing before we shut on December 22nd! We want to say a big thank you to all the lovely folks we’ve had through in the lead up to our last sessions. ❤️👏

If you’re chasing one last throw before we shut this weekend, Friday is booked out but there are still some spaces left on Saturday. Jump on the website and book in! 🪓

This week is also Finals Week for league & we’re bloody well keen to see how all of our throwers battle it out for the top spots in our last ever leagues. We’ll be posting the results over the course of the week! 🏆

As one half of the founding team behind Sunny’s Axe Throwing Dani needs no introduction. She is a great thrower, a phenomenal axe throwing coach, and to see her hit her goal while actively running a league night after years of selflessly helping others with their axe throwing journeys was amazing to watch. 💪

It has been a hot minute since we last posted, but hot damn there has been a lot going on! Big shout out to Julius aka aka for smacking his standard 81 at Sunny’s a few weeks back.🪓💪

Julius is a stellar thrower and an all round great guy. Awesome work mate! 👏👏

🎉 Wednesday Standard Season 4 🎉

And with our Sunday Standard Finals done that marked the end of Finals week. More than 40 competitors battled it out across 4 different events, and we seemingly saved the best games for last! Talk about a nail biting finish with Welsh Dragon and The Kraken going back and forwards with round after round of phenomenal throwing. 👏❤️
