This week with our 'Tour de Pace' challenge at work I decided to record a 20 minute 'Cyclist Stretch' class. This is all floor based (no flows) with hips being the major focus so also very helpful for anyone else who enjoys some time to breathe in our hip opening postures.

The practice is a Hips & Lower back focus which I thought some might like so I’ve decided to upload it anyway and you can DIY your own savasana at the end 😉🙏🏻
