Together, we will slow down, rest deeply, and journey through the chakra system using supported restorative yoga poses, healing sound vibrations, and gentle aromatherapy. This is an opportunity to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

🎵 Sound Healing with Lynda J Hillman-Voss
Lynda brings years of experience in holistic healing through sound. Using a variety of instruments, including singing bowls and therapeutic sound tools, she creates a deeply restorative experience that supports relaxation, balance, and wellbeing.

🧘 Restorative Yoga with Jade Lee
Jade has been teaching yoga for over 7 years, offering mindful, meditative movement inspired by yogic wisdom. She is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and soothing space where students can slow down, reconnect, and feel supported in their practice.

The chakras are seven energy centres within the body that influence our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Through restorative yoga and sound healing, we will gently balance and harmonise these energy centres, supporting a greater sense of calm, clarity, and inner peace.
