With my new career in real estate around the corner, Iâve decided itâs time to get back into shape (yep, the attached photos are the new goal). Since my last prep, along the way I started drifting toward a dad bod, courtesy of a little midlife crisis đđ„čđ
Looking back at these shots, I remember how good I felt in that season. I was happy with my physique, had balance with my nutrition, and if I went off-plan, it didnât wreck me physically or mentally. Clothes fit just right, not too tight, not too loose.
I also felt my strongest in the gym, and this boosted my mental focus, confidence and self esteem.
Most importantly, my lifestyle felt perfectly balanced. I could focus on my family and career without one sacrificing the other.
Thatâs the sweet spot Iâm chasing again.
Goals matter. They give you purpose, drive, and focus. Without them, youâll always fall short.

No matter how busy life gets or where it takes you.
You can let things get to you and beat you down OR you can choose to fight back and keep fighting.

Massive shoutout to my client and busy mum, Ricki from the NT, whoâs been showing incredible perseverance in her journey.
