We definitly didn't get swarmed by the π but the mosquitoes made an appearance and they surely made us leave on a quick note π²

We had a BLAST at this arvo's 3.45pm Session on the Beach ππ
Man it's TOUGH on that Sand. The girls surely did work an Awesome job and they were sweaty and Sandy rolled into one π

A nice little β€ raiser this one. PLUS the Ladies had to do a few EXTRA Sprints due to the Metafit App having issues π

Choc Bliss Balls
Ingredients-
1 cup raw cashew nuts
15-20 Medjool dates
2 tblsp coconut oil
2 tblsp cacao powder
Shredded Coconut for coating
Directions-
Mix all ingredients in a food processor until combined and finely chopped.
Roll into balls and coat with coconut and refrigerate.
*Medjool dates are found in the fruit and vege section of the supermarket. Donβt forget to de-seed them first. Enjoy
