June is Prolapse Awareness Month.
I am a firm believer that Education leads to prevention, & prevention is better than cure. That being said if you suspect you have a prolapse, There is SO much you can do & in many,many cases you can get back to doing what you love.
At livfit Mummas I am trained in working with woman with Prolapse (but will recommend you see a Woman’s Health Physio 1st where possible) I will Collaborate with your Woman’s Health Physio who can establish your own individual needs because every body is different.
I can ask all the questions in relation to your Pelvic Floor however Prolapse can be asymptomatic. (you could have one without knowing) You really need a Woman’s Health physio to check internally 🙏🏽💕
