Maybe the thing stopping you isn’t that you can’t dance.
Maybe it’s just the story you’ve been telling yourself. 🥹
“I’m not confident enough.”
“I’m too uncoordinated.”
“I need to lose weight first.”
“I’d look ridiculous.”
“I could never do what those women do.”
Here’s the secret…
A LOT of the women you see dancing on our stages once thought exactly the same thing.
They didn’t wait until they felt confident.
They didn’t wait until their body looked different.
They didn’t magically stop feeling nervous.
They just decided to give it a go.
And somewhere between forgetting the chorey, laughing at themselves, doing their first hair flick and realising nobody in the room was judging them…
something shifted. 💗
Because dance isn’t just something you do when you feel confident.
Sometimes it’s how you find that confidence in the first place.
So maybe it’s time to stop asking yourself “Could I do that?”
And start asking…
“What if I bloody LOVE it?” 💋

SUNSHINE COAST… how do more people not know THIS EXISTS?! 🤯🔥
Once a year, we take over the Sunshine Coast Stadium and turn it into one enormous, glitter-covered, booty-shaking spectacle.
We’re talking a MASSIVE stage on the field. Huge lights. Fireworks. Music absolutely BLARING. 1,500 people in the stands…
…and at times, around 160 incredible women performing on that field at once. 😭🔥
This year you’ll see medleys inspired by Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Y2K Pop, MTV’s Greatest Hits, Latin Fiesta, Step Up, DCC Cheer and SO much more.
And this one means a little extra to us. 🥹
It will be our last stadium show before the Sunshine Coast Stadium closes down - so if you’ve ever thought, “I really need to go and see one of those Burlesque L’Amour shows…”
