The common belief is success is accumulating just wealth but in reality success is also celebrating yourself and the achievements you have done from the past, what you accomplish today and how you feel in life.

How you breathe is the cause to the effect of how you live your life…
Dysfunctional breathing = Manic Mandy life 🤪
Functional breathing = Cool and calm life
If we breathe on average 22,000 times a day and our breathing style dictates a certain emotional response then surely we can agree that breathing the wrong way is actually going to cause you to be more stressed and less productive in life…
So why don’t we tackle this head on and correct our breathing first good?
Well, most of the time it’s because we lack the information we need to implement this change 🙃
So here’s how you can take your first step to improving your breathing.
1. Nasal breathe, when we nasal breathe we end up with full breaths into our belly instead of shallow mouth breathing into our chest.
2. Practice breathing hygiene by practicing mindful breathing 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. “Trust me, this will change your life”
3. Start to gear shift your breathing in stressful situations with breathing in for 3 and out for 6 to regulate your nervous system state.

Dumbbell Squat Clean 🧽 🧼
The old squat clean can be a bit more complex than your traditional bicep curl because it requires a few extra cues to be mindful of and the ability to perform the fundamentals first before pursuing this exercise.
Ideally you will need to follow a specific warm up routine before you jump into it.
Ideally we want to work on hip drive and slight pull and catch “think answering the phone ☎️ “ then you will find yourself going into a squat position.
Bonus:
Be sure to brace to stabilise slightly and to track knees out and keep an upright position so you don’t look like a baby giraffe mixed with the hunchback of Notre Dame. 🦒
