Tribal MMA and Fitness

Great effort yesterday on the final day of JMMAC Australian titles featuring two of our Tribal mma juniors, Chaise Walker and Asahi Burns. Chaise final match was beaten by a decision and secured a Bronze medal and showed heart throughout the competition and will learn from the experience. Asahi won his first match against a quality tough opponent by submission. In the second match the same opponent pushed Asahi to extended time and Asahi had to dig deep to stay in the match. Asahi's opponent was eventually disqualified for several illegal strikes. However it also allowed Asahi to gain valuable experience and lessons that never underestimate anyone who stands opposite in the cage. Especially when pressure is on the line. Asahi securing Gold. A special thanks to Professor's Gabriel Schlupp De Lima and Carlos Rocha Rocha for helping our 4 Tribal MMA students over the past two days to corner and support. James Ferris one of our talented Juniors coming down to support and help with the boys prepare and corner support. Eva one of our talented Juniors coming to support her team mates and our parents and supporters to come and cheer for the students. Overall we came away with 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 Bronze. A super effort over the two days for our two Juniors and two Adults. The experience each student learnt about themselves, showing respect towards their opponents and team. As well as representing our Tribal Team with pride. Thanks again to everyone at JMMAC for running the event. Super proud of our Tribal mma students competing at the JMMAC Australian titles being held over this weekend. We have two juniors young Chaise Walker and Asahi Burns and two adults Kain Day and Brock Bassett competed. Yesterday Kain Day won several matches and had extra matches to get to the final and just missed out by a decision winning a Silver medal. Brock Bassett won a match and again had a quick turnaround and extra match due to the draw and managed to get a bronze. Both boys representing our Tribal Team with pride. Young Chaise Walker lost his first match and won his second match and continues today. Asahi Burns competes today. Thanks again to Gabriel Schlupp and Carlos Rocha Rocha Professors Gabriel Schlupp De Lima and Professor Carlos Rocha Rocha for corner help.
