Did you know that Cultivate classes are run by a mother daughter duo, ensuring that we make you feel like you're joining not just fitness classes but a community, a family.

I grew up dancing and then teaching through my whole life and passed this onto my daughter.
I later found a passion for how strong and empowered CrossFit made me feel, and Lucy followed💙

Between us we share around 45 years of dance teaching experience, a cert Ill fitness, a level 2 CrossFit coach, multiple dance and CrossFit comps and lots of workshops and learning experiences across the years.

We both share a deep love of dance and movement and empowering women to be the strongest most confident versions of themselves.

Whether you're looking for a fun way to dance into your cardio health or building muscle for strength and longevity, we've got your back.

Women should lift weights because it’s one of the most effective ways to support long-term health: it helps build and preserve muscle (countering Sarcopenia), strengthens bones and reduces the risk of Osteoporosis, improves metabolism and hormone balance (including for conditions like Polycystic O***y Syndrome), and makes everyday activities easier by increasing functional strength and joint support. Despite common fears, most women won’t become bulky due to lower testosterone levels—instead, they typically become stronger, leaner, and more resilient, with added mental benefits like improved confidence and mood.

Our classes are fun! There's always lots of laughs ! But they're also hard work with a well earned sweat.
We're also extremely welcoming and humble and every single woman is on the same playing field, friendship connections are strong.
