🤸‍♂️ Huge congratulations to Kyto and Theo on an incredible Day 1 performance at the MAG National Clubs Carnival!
Representing Maroochy Beach, both boys dominated the Division C Individual All-Around competition to secure podium finishes:
🥈 Kyto took home 2nd Place All-Around with a massive overall score of 57.198!
🥉 Theo followed closely behind in 3rd Place All-Around, locking down his podium spot with an impressive score of 56.032!
What an amazing start to the carnival for these talented gymnasts and Maroochy Beach. We are so proud of your hard work, dedication, and fantastic results! Keep the momentum going! 🌟💪DAY 2 coming!

AUSTRALIAN TEAM SELECTION ANNOUNCEMENT
We are excited to announce that our very own Maroochy Beach Gymnast, Josh, has been selected to represent Australia this coming January in the USA at the Houston Cup! 🇺🇸 🇦🇺

A massive congratulations to Josh and his coaches, Gennadiy Tseryshenko and Jeff Ferrer, for all the hard work and dedication that goes in day in, day out, on the gym floor.

Josh started his gymnastics journey right here at Maroochy Beach Gymnastics in our Juniors program with Chrissy Bell at just 2yrs old and hasn’t looked back! Selected for our boys Development program at age 4 and quickly advanced into our MAG Competitive program under Head Coach Gennadiy at age 5.

From those early days, Josh built an impressive competitive record. He won his first Sunshine Coast Regional Championships in Level 2 and held the title all the way through to Level 6, while also winning a 5 All-Around State Champion titles across Levels 4, 5, 6, 7, and most recently in Level 9 under 18 this year.

On the national stage, Josh has proudly represented Queensland 3 times at the Australian Championships. In 2023, he brought home 2 Gold medals in the Team All-Around and as the Individual National Pommel Champion, which he followed up with a Team All-Around Silver medal this year.

Following a solid performance at the Australian Championships in July this year, Josh was invited to the Junior International Training camp at the AIS in Canberra, which he attended with Coach Gennadiy. The 6-day camp saw 3 days of Physical Profile testing, 2 training sessions per day with Australia's top coaches, seminars from leading sport-specific experts in physio, nutrition, and injury prevention, as well as some much-needed recovery in the hot/cold pools.

This will be Josh’s first Australian Representation, with hopes of many more to come!

We can’t wait to see Josh in the Green and Gold with Maroochy behind him all the way! 💚💛

What an incredible performance from these two! So proud of the hard work, commitment and determination you’ve both shown throughout the lead-up to States.

Pacific placing 11th in the all around and both Meika and Pacific in the top 20 for beam!

Annabella and Brooklyn took to the competition floor with such grace and in a stunning fashion in the level 6 under 11s category. Both girls performed amazingly and have made Maroochy Beach proud!

With a very tough round of competition they both placed in the top 20 for bars in Queensland!! What an achievement girls!

The Level 4 Under 12s have absolutely SMASHED IT OUT OF THE PARK!
Every single one of them should be SO proud of themselves. The skills, the confidence and, most importantly, the attitude they brought today was incredible!!!!
