For those wondering where we’ve been…
Go Figure Podcast started with a passion for bodybuilding and performance. Over the years we’ve had the privilege of interviewing some incredible athletes, coaches and industry leaders.
But as Rose and I continued to grow, so did our interests.
The conversations we found ourselves having were no longer just about bodybuilding.
They were about health.
Science.
Innovation.
Current affairs.
The issues nobody wants to touch.
The questions people are afraid to ask.
The stories that sit beyond the headlines.
Rose has continued her work in child safety while completing her Master’s in Counselling. I’ve continued my studies in Diagnostic Genomics, building on my background in sport science, health science and dietetics.
Today, we’re bringing all of that together.
This isn’t a rebrand.
It’s an evolution.
The same passion.
The same curiosity.
Bigger conversations.
Welcome to the next chapter.

Beyond The Narrative.
Yay or nay for peptides?
The media says one thing.
The people using them say another.
Who’s right?
This one’s a hot topic right now !
Before you answer, watch the video.
I’m curious where people stand after hearing both sides of the conversation.

We’ve reached a point where being exceptional is no longer enough.
Every year the standard gets higher.
Every year the physiques get bigger.
Every year the expectations move.
The problem isn’t the athlete.
The problem is that comparison has become limitless.
At what point do we stop appreciating what’s achievable and start chasing what’s unattainable?
Interested to hear your thoughts.
🧬 One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned after nearly 30 years in the health and performance industry…
Two people can eat the same foods.
Follow the same training program.
Take the same supplements.
Yet get completely different results.
Why?
Because biology matters.
What works brilliantly for one person may be completely wrong for another.
That’s why I moved away from guesswork and became obsessed with understanding the individual in front of me.
Their genetics.
Their physiology.
Their recovery capacity.
Their nutrient requirements.
Their unique blueprint.
This beautiful testimonial is a reminder that sometimes the breakthrough isn’t working harder…
It’s finally understanding why your body responds the way it does.
If you’re guessing, you’re not assessing.

The fitness industry sells outcomes.
Very few people talk about the consequences.
Your body keeps score.
Every decision compounds.
Every shortcut carries a cost.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
So before chasing the next result, ask yourself one question:
Are you building a body you own…
or one you’re renting?
👇 Let me know your thoughts after watching.
Most people focus on the result.
Very few stop to consider the cost.
In a world obsessed with shortcuts, quick fixes and instant gratification, perhaps the better question isn’t how fast can I get there…
It’s whether the body you’re building is one you own, or one you’re simply renting.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this one.
👇 Watch the video and tell me:
Are you building a body you own, or a body you’re renting?
There’s a reason why I never got vaccinated against the Covid 19 jab!
There’s a reason why I never got Kye vaccinated against the Covid jab!
Simply there was not enough safety data on it ! That was a gamble I was not prepared to take ! Even if that meant I would lose my job - my life my sons life was worth more than a job more then “not being able to eat at my favourite restaurant “!
7 years it takes for a vaccine to be safe and effective, well guess what it’s been 7 years since the first lockdown - 6 years since the first Covid vaccine roll out!
Who were the test rats for this vaccine? Everyone that volunteered to take it or succumbed to the governments bullying!
You were all the Guinea pigs- 🐷 you should be up in arms about this!
We have been dumbed down as a society with no critical thinking - we’ve been told to trust the government and big pharma! Truth is they are in it for the $$$$ they are not here to keep us safe and healthy !
If that was the case why as a society today are we the most unhealthiest we have ever been? Sit with that for a min, let it sink in, does it make sense ? With all the “advances in health”, we are still the sickest humans of all time ! Sicker than our parents and grandparents.
So despite being ostracised from society, made an example and having the government trying to take my freedom away I chose NO to injustice and no to being bullied .
I will always stand for what I believe even in the face of adversity, being singled out, and ostracised. Freedom is not in the restaurant you can go to, freedom is being courageous and bold and holding true to what you believe in!
One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is expecting a result without considering the reaction.
In health, fitness, genetics, and life, every action has a consequence.
This simple principle changed the way I coach, the way I assess clients, and the way I look at long-term health.
A quick thought for your day.
