ONTO THE NEXT ONE
Shenanigans and technique breakdown from the deadlift session today.
A fair ways to go but a good step in the right direction.
For anyone wondering what I’m doing different that I think will help here it is… (third video) but in short
1. Belt positioning and breathing to brace
2. Scapular positioning, lengthening my arms and bracing my back.
3. Hips in position for the perfect push pull ration and bar path.
Simples right? 🤷♂️

It’s all about your habits and staying consistent. Here’s a few we like to see:
- Strength training workout
- Walking 8000 steps per day
- Following a diet
- Drinking adequate water
- Eating without distraction
- Abstaining from alcohol
You don’t need them all but picking one, getting started and staying consistent is something everyone should do.
