5 tips that make a pole or aerial studio successful - POV some are ‘Unpopular Conversations’

1. Passion to want to help people - That’s it! This is a must 🤍

2. Find the most inspirational & knowledgeable instructors - I could talk for hours about this one, your instructors must have the willing to share knowledge, be able to break down moves in depth and can adjust to people’s needs, inspire your students, be most supportive, fun and loyal and a massive plus if they have had instructor training 🤍

3. Run multiple classes at once - This is a no brainer, time & money, the more classes running at the same = time less time more 💰

4. Create your tribe - Find your People, share your knowledge and enjoy your time with them. I have made friends for life that I called family 🤍

5. Have a syllabus & systems set up - I have many chats from studios that have instructors wanting to teach higher-level tricks and transitions to people who are not ready, or higher level students that have not learnt some of the basics, I also get the other side, instructors that they are asked to teach a class / certain level at a studio, but they have not been given a plan what to teach the students 🤷‍♀️
This is where a syllabus or a curriculum needs to be in place.
Systems are also a must, this helps your studio run smoothly, stress free if you run into troubles, you already have it covered in a system or a strategy how to overcome it. 🤍
