Who wants to be a part of our at home weekly group challenge?

We are going to set a task and the whole group gets to the total together eg 1000 squats. You just post each day how many you have done and the total accumulates to reach out challenge target.

Whats your swear jar? Whats your weakness? It might be eating a treat, it might be swearing, could be each time you roll your eyes when your kids dont listen!
Pick your thing, each time you do it, give yourself 3 push ups or 5 squats or 10 single leg calf raises (5 each side) . (Push ups dont always work if your at the office)
