We specialise in group training and offer over 25 coached 1 hour training sessions per week, ensuring we can fit into your lifestyle. We have designed a training program to help you feel great, achieve your training goals, and ensure you’re supported along the way with the Sunshine Coast’s best trainers and coaches.

POV: the coach said “just hang there for 30 seconds” and now you’re rethinking every life decision 😂

But honestly… training is so much more than the workout itself.
