World-Class Surface reaches Cairns!
Our most recent project in Cairns, Qld. We would like to give a large shout out to Maddox Haulage for transporting our Wax-trax surface 2200 klms to Cairns. Another large shout out to our driver Jim Dendle for getting our machinery and hired machinery all on site prior to our arrival to install. We started midday Wednesday to strip out the old sand surface, laser graded and compacted the base, followed by importing 175 tonnes of our Wax-trax surface. We finished off laser grading and grooming the surface by Thursday midday. We also supplied one of our specialised Eurograders to keep the surface in optimum condition.

Our latest job in Pokolbin has come up amazing. With challenging groundworks and excavation of rock, many hours were spent on this one however the results speak for themselves!

- your horse struggles in a deep loose sand surface.

Our World Class FLEX-FIBRE has been designed over the past 20 years to solve the above mentioned problems in most sand surfaces. Manufactured here in Australia it can be supplied for DIY installations or delivered and installed by our specialist team.

Our team regularly travels across Australia installing our Worldclass sand stabilizer our own manufactured Flexi-fibre into existing sand arenas.

We're proud to reveal the completion of our latest project near the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
What started as a humble 20×60 basic sand arena, has since been dismantled, cleared and earthworks carried out to accommodate for a 30×60 arena as well as surrounding light poles.
This arena also features a half height fence with a capping rail on one end, which doubles as a bench seat allowing for a more open look from this end of the property.
One of our Arena Mate graders was also supplied to guarantee adequate maintenance of our Flex surface.
It's been a pleasure to carry out this transformation and the results speak for themselves.

We're delighted to finish this 40×60m Ebb&Flow arena near Scone, which we've been working on over the past weeks.
The Ebb&Flow design consists of a sealed welded liner beneath the entire arena, which retains the water in the drainage layer. With the grid of pipes running throughout the drainage layer, this allows adequate drainage during wet weather whilst also allowing the arena to be irrigated from underneath the surface.
This has a range of benefits, which includes improved efficiency in water consumption and increased consistency of our Flex surface.

We also completed a range of extra works on this job, including a full surrounding of sandstone logs, a concreted entrance to the arena, in addition to a road and car park using our road-base.

This size of arena allows for so many options and we're more than happy with the outcome.

We are proud to share the final completion of our project near Brisbane earlier this month.
This job included the removal of an existing 20×40 arena and carrying out challenging earthworks to accommodate for the new 20×60.
Despite facing large rocks and tight access for trucks the team managed to be in and out within 12 days.
The request for an extra high 3 rail fence was also accommodated for and turned out to be a real eye catcher when coated in a Satin Black paint.
One of our Arena Mate graders was also supplied to ensure order maintenance of our Flex surface.

We have been working hard for the past week to complete this stunning 20x60 Flex arena in Beau Desert, Queensland.
This project was completed in 7 days and one of our Eurograders was also supplied to ensure proper maintenance of our surface.
A red stain has also been used on this fence to enhance the look and protect the timber.
We couldn't be more happy with the result.
