Incredible progress so far by one of our girls

We’ve progressively chipped away unwanted body fat and focused on building up areas to create her dream physique 🍑

We’ve worked towards using food as FUEL 🍚 🥩

Jess is consuming close to 2200 calories a day and that numbers still climbing as we get closer to stage.

Cannot wait to see what we achieve together in the next 12 weeks

Over 20kgs down & now nearly at the end of her ‘weight loss’ journey.

Over the last 9months, our main focus has been fat loss, but we will soon be putting our focus on building muscle & gaining strength 🏋️‍♂️

It’s so amazing to see not just the physical changes, but to see how much more energy & confidence Jess has. It’s been so rewarding to be apart of her journey so far. 💪

🍱 Over the last month we have worked together, we have progressively increased calories from 1700, to 2000+ a day

💁🏽‍♀️We are continuing to drop weight on the scales and measurements are coming down.

🍱 Food is 🆙

⚖️ Scales are down

🚗 Our bodies are like machines - when working , we need food for fuel .

Calories are not the enemy, consistent poor food choices are 🍩
