Which ever step your on right now, just know your not alone, I've been there too! But I have a tip for you that you might already know.

Just so you know it now.. U GOT THIS!. Whatever it is.. u got this!. U always have and always will. Keep moving through those steps and you'll celebrate the view from behind rather then feel like the view forward is to far.

It's never far enough, because you can do anything! U got this!. Xx.

One of the hardest things to do in life is carry around questions without answers, especially when your heart has been so deeply invested in someone. If you ever get answers, you're extremely lucky - the person you loved committed a selfless act by providing you with closure.

Everyone else just needs to move on with the pain but it gets better every day. Hang in there because it's really going to be ok 🌻 U got this

Gotta love leg day!

So good I can no longer walk! ;) just kidding, kind of!..

Days like today the world seems testing! Everywhere I go, someone's talking down to you! People in the super market seem grumpy and pull stink faces!. Lol.. it almost feels like people want a reaction out of you just because they're feeling grumpy, moody or upset!.

Some days are grey rather than full of colour!

And you know what! That's totally ok! I can't control the lives feelings and emotions of others! But, and that's a big but! ... I can control mine. So while I flip the bird to the universal test of pushing my patience and tolerance of those around me! Ima gonna do the things that keep me balanced

🍌 Stay away from comfort food! Days that are grey makes a Tim tam look sweeter than it taste. I ate oats, bananas, blue berries and lots of water! You can choose what you like! Just keep it real! Keep it healthy ! Your body will thank you for it! (When your stressed your body can release a hormone that stores fat) keep it clean.

👌Exercise! Prioritise yourself, go to the gym, take the dog for a walk. Take the kids to the beach for an ocean walk! Do a yoga class.. get a mate to join you!. 100% get active!. Stimulates the mind, body and soul! You'll feel so good after wards

😎 lastly call your mate! Or support person! Vent that air out of your body! Breath and talk! Talk, talk, talk! Can't stress it enough! What we feel inside of us! Get it out! Get the grey outta you and dust of others atmospheres! Your mates want to hear it! They may have some grey to get out also!.

Love life guys! I do! Even on the grey days!

Never really got into dead lifts. Never really thought I needed it while doing Step, Pump, and Pilates classes! But here I am today with Leon Stensholm doing dead lifts and freaking loved them!.
This is 45 kilos. I started with 40 and finished on 50kilos today. Both Leon and I didn't think we would be moving past 40kilos and 5 reps for the session! BUT AGAIN! I proved how strong I really am! How powerful I trully am! And how much I didn't trust myself all these years!. Today I smashed dead lifts. Today I found true confidence in my body and trust in my ability to really do whatever it is I set my mind too!
Leon mate! Strength training with you is helping me in far greater ways than the lift itself ! Your awesome thank you! The knowledge I'm getting from you is epic!. 🙌🙌👌👌💪💪

I love shopping for food and all the feel good ideas when I buy good food that enhances my body! I've been thinking, when we go to the shops, that's when we make our weeks worth of choices. Right now in this moment.

I know as a woman there's times when we crave sugar, so I don't deprive myself neither, I buy Choc almonds for the days I can't take it & need something! If I eat to many than that's it, I don't buy more. That's my week. Choice is mine.

My whole week is based on salads, chicken, fish, veggies and avos! I don't want to eat bread but if I'm in a hurry I'll settle for a wrap.

Buy what you need, not always what you want! I've been thinking how much fun it would be to join me in the kitchen again and start showing people how to create easy peasy foods at home.

It's been a long time since I did some videos cooking up a storm!

Love your body, feed it nutrients and watch it flourish amoung everything else that comes with it.

Happy hump day People!.

Something a little different today!

Maybe is not about the happy ending. Maybe it's about the story/journey!

We all have goals and we all want them now yeah? Of course we do! We're living in the hopes of our dreams!

But let me tell you, I have so many stories up my sleeves, fitness, personal, self discovery stories you name it! I have a story and it's within the story/journey that makes the accomplishment of a happy ending or in other word have reached a goal feel so fulfilling!

What we want is a process, how we get it and the steps we take to move towards it, is the experience that we see, feel, taste, touch and live! These processes are stored in our memories and day by day when we work hard towards it, you can remember and reflect on how amazing we are .

You did what you did, you pushed as hard you pushed! You said what you wanted to say! You belived in yourself even if it was just for one day!. Your story is all that matters and your happy ending is the reward for all your amazing work!

So the point my friends is relax, let the experience and the story unfold! Live in the now and you will see, you will get to where your going! Trust me! Enjoy the journey as well as the happy ending!
