I am writing to provide an update on some additional Health and Safety measures

If you are selling or renting your house that has a swimming pool you will need to have a current Pool Safety Certificate to be attached to your Contract of Sale.

Due to the current Coronavirus restrictions and self – isolating we have put in place very stringent health safety rules to enable us to service clients until we are told we can’t. These are the basic rules we have put in place:

 Inspector to wear gloves at all times and dispose of gloves after each inspection
 Disinfectant spray at the beginning and end of each inspection tape measure (as this is required to check Pool Safety Rules e.g. height of fence and distance from the ground to the fence and distance of adjoining flora or items on the outside of the pool fencing etc)
 All clients and their pets to be inside their property during the inspection as a full report will be issued should there be any failures.
 Should you wish to ask a question directly to the Inspector then the government Social Distancing Rules will apply but we do not recommend this unnecessary contact
 No cash payments only DD accepted
