It's not often you see a male in this feed
but Gav joined us for the recent Yin TT
& all agreed his presence helped compliment
the yin & yang energy throughout the training ☯️

✨️Congratulations ✨️
Last weekend these fabulous humans completed their Yin Yoga TT & my heart is so full.
Over 4 days, we explored not only the physical practice of yin, but also the art of slowing down, listening deeply, holding space & honouring stillness.
This group was such a beautiful mix — yoga teachers alongside curious & dedicated students.
Not everyone arrived thinking they would leave wanting to teach yin… but something shifted over these 4 days.
Watching each person grow in confidence, absorb the knowledge & connect so deeply with the practice was incredibly special for me.
☺️
They now leave with the tools, understanding & language skills to create a profound experience within their classes — not just teach shapes & instruction.
I'm so grateful for this beautiful group, the conversations, vulnerability, laughter & shared inspiration.
