With years of experience, Lauren's background includes a Bachelor degree in Human Movement studies, accreditation with Fitness Australia and a professional

Lauren and Rob both run sessions within the business of Pump PT. Our backgrounds extend from Hawaii Ironman to getting back into shape after having a baby. We are learning to juggle a young family and have a passion for health, wellness and fitness. We have a range of sessions available including:

-One on one sessions
-Group Bootcamp sessions (specific to core/cardio/boxing/weights)
-Running spec

Just want to introduce everyone to the new gym space ๐Ÿ’— My little haven that Iโ€™ve been sharing with current clients.


Iโ€™ve always trained in the outdoors from a love of being outdoors with fresh air, but this space has a vibe. A good vibe with lots of cool gear!

Fitness where & when itโ€™s fits has never meant so much in my life! But it still happens... last weekend post mid morning run, the opportunity presented so off I went! Lucky for me I had a running buddy to put me through my paces...even after she had just eaten a buffet breakfast at (which apparently is pretty good by the way ๐Ÿ‘Œ)

Itโ€™s been a long time between posts. Sorry guys, Iโ€™ve had one huge distraction (on my lap) whoโ€™s been keeping us all very busy (in a good way). Iโ€™m still taking sessions on Wednesday & Friday mornings but no Bootcamps yet. My sessions are based around small group & 1-1 individual sessions.
