Well the Noosa Marina Jetty was another huge hit yesterday!!!!
We had a massive group of 25 kids + parents π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£π£
Welcome to the new families that joined us and welcome back to the families that we hadn't seen for a while so nice to see you allππ
The fish were biting from the get go!!!

π9x Bream ( two that were taken home for dinner)
We had a team building activity called
"RIG A ROD CHALLENGE "
which involved 4 teams that has to work together to rig a rod in 10 mins.
It was great to see everyone working together / helping each other and showing what they have learnt at KD FISHING!
( Thanks to the parent helpers that got involved)
We have one week left of term next week. ππ See you then

Who has the KNOT BOARD?? We would love to have it back so another family can take it home for a week.
We have 2 weeks left before the holidays. If you can't make it to fishing don't worry please send us a text ( number on the back of the board) and we can organise getting it back. ππ£

π£Fishing homeschool catch up / lessons π£
LOCATION: Noosa Marina Jetty
Access through the shops , follow round to the right heading towards the big jetty
You may or may not have been aware that this favourite fishing spot of ours has been closed to the public all year due to youngsters fishing there ( without adults) damaging the jetty and nearby boats.
The Managers at the Noosa Marina are kindly allowing KD FISHING GROUP to fish there AGAIN this week. They will open the gates from 8am-12pm. Providing we are respectful and wel behaved ( which I know we will be π) we will hopefully be able to fish here again in the future.
PARKING: plenty of car parking.
There is still work on the Donella bridge so please take into consideration the traffic.
TOILETS: at Marina
TIME: 9-11am
COST: $5 cash donation - Bait and tuition provided
Please bring
π$5 per person that is fishing as I provide bait and tuition ( with the support of my mum and dad)
π Your own fishing rod and tackle box( inc hooks, swivels and sinkers - you can purchase from your local fishing store). We can help advise what essentials you need for your tackle box π
π A cloth, bucket πͺ£ , long nose pliers or something similar so you can learn to take the hook out safely.
π A bag or esky to take home your catch π

( if the rain is too heavy we will swap to Munna Bridge at Noosa Park West - our wet weather spot π€π€ that we don't need to π )
