If you struggle with low iron or heavy menstrual bleeding, simply increasing iron intake may not be enough, as ABSORPTION matters too.

Pairing iron-rich foods with vitamin C can significantly improve the body’s ability to absorb non-haem iron found in foods like spinach, legumes, and leafy greens.

Simple additions like citrus fruit, kiwi, berries, capsicum, or lemon juice alongside meals can make a real difference over time.

Many people focus purely on iron supplements, while overlooking the importance of meal composition, gut health, and nutrient absorption.

Sometimes small nutritional strategies can have a surprisingly big impact on energy, recovery, brain fog, and fatigue.

If you’ve been struggling with ongoing fatigue, poor recovery, digestive issues, or suspect low iron may be affecting your health, feel free to get in touch.

I help people identify the root cause of what’s driving their symptoms and build practical, evidence-based strategies to improve their health long-term.

Whatever your barrier is to thinking that you are incapable of losing weight, and taking back control of your health, whether that be your assumption that it has to:

Involve severe dieting?
Turning your existing lifestyle upside down?
Spending endless time in the gym that you simply don’t have to spare?

Then please, just hear me out.

I AM NOT just another bogus, “influencer” PT trying to sell you a generic, copy and placed diet/training plan that was generated through ChatGPT.

Aimed solely at starving you into submission, or increasing your energy output to the point that you lose weight through water and or/muscle loss.

Every single plan I prescribe, is based solely on a thorough, in-depth conversation about everything that makes you up as an individual, which is then reflected in a completely personalised/individualised bunch of necessary next steps that will address/tackle the root cause of your problems.

Give me 30 minutes of your time. It will not cost you a penny. We can have a quick chat so I can have a rough idea of what it is that’s been holding you back. I will give you my thoughts, how I will help you fix it, and then it’s up to you as to whether you continue with me.

Meaning, at the very least, you could find out the reason as the way you haven’t been successful previously. And it literally won’t cost you a penny.

Comment or DM “RESET”, and I’ll get in touch to arrange a call.

For years, the default approach was:

Track calories. Hit macros. Lose weight.

And yes, it worked.

But what I kept seeing, was people would lose weight…
Then gain it back.

Still feel tired.
Still struggle with consistency.

Because nobody (including me) was fixing the reason it was happening in the first place.

What I focus on now is:
• Energy
• Digestion
• Hormonal balance
• Daily structure

Because when your body is functioning properly:

👉 Fat loss becomes easier
👉 Energy improves
👉 Results actually last

Don’t get me wrong. Calories still matter. But they’re not where I start anymore.

If you’re tired of starting over every few months,
message me REBUILD, and I’ll get in touch ASAP!

“Made with whole grains”
“Fortified with vitamins & minerals”
“Part of a balanced breakfast”

Sounds healthy, right?

Now flip the box over.

60–70% refined grains
Added sugars (often with fancy names)
Flavours and extracts to make it look nutritious
Blood sugar spike → crash → hungry again by 10am

But don’t worry… they added iron and B-vitamins after stripping the food of its natural goodness.

That’s not nutrition. That’s damage control.

If a food needs:
• synthetic vitamins
• vague “natural flavours”
• health claims louder than its ingredient list

…it’s probably not doing your metabolism, gut, or waistline any favours.

Whole grains ≠ healthy by default
Fortified ≠ nourishing
Low fat ≠ good for fat loss

Your body doesn’t read marketing.
It responds to physiology.

No amount of clever packaging can outsmart insulin.

Real food still wins.

What I actually teach in my 16-week Nutrition Program

This isn’t about fear-mongering or banning foods.

Over 16 weeks, I teach people how to:
• read labels properly (and spot marketing tricks)
• understand how foods affect blood sugar, gut health, hormones, and weight
• recognise ultra-processed foods dressed up as “healthy”
• make informed decisions for themselves and their children
• build confidence around food instead of confusion and guilt

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s awareness, autonomy, and long-term health.

Because when you understand how the food industry works,
you stop outsourcing your health to the front of a box.

16-Week Clinical Nutrition & Fat Loss Programme

Personalised. Medical-led. Delivered Online.

Are you fed up with feeling stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like yours anymore?

Carrying excess weight?
Constant bloating or inflammation?
Low energy, poor digestion, headaches, constipation, diarrhoea, or reflux?
Struggling with menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, or other hormone-related conditions?

If this sounds familiar, here’s the truth:

For most people, this isn’t a motivation problem.
It’s a physiology problem.

And that’s exactly what this 16-week programme is designed to address.

What this programme actually is

This is not another “eat less, move more” plan.

This is a fully personalised, online clinical nutrition coaching programme, delivered through a dedicated app, where your nutrition, meal plans, and targets are prescribed based on your specific goal and medical context — not templates.

Your plan is built around:
• Your symptoms and health history
• Your metabolic and hormonal profile
• Any diagnosed conditions (e.g. PCOS, peri/menopause, insulin resistance, gut disorders)
• Your lifestyle, work demands, and stress load

Fat loss is a goal — but health is the foundation.

What we focus on (and why it matters)

This programme addresses the underlying systems that regulate weight and health, including:

• Gut function and digestion
• Blood sugar regulation and metabolic health
• Hormonal signalling and clearance
• Inflammation
• Stress physiology and nervous system load

When these systems aren’t functioning properly, fat loss becomes an uphill battle — regardless of discipline or effort.

How the coaching works

Over 16 weeks, you’ll receive:

✅ Personalised meal plans and nutrition targets tailored to your condition and goals
✅ Ongoing coaching and accountability via a private app
✅ Adjustments made based on symptoms, progress, and real-world feedback
✅ Education so you understand why your body responds the way it does
✅ A structured framework for sustainable fat loss and long-term health

No guesswork.
No extremes.
No influencer protocols.

Who this programme is for

This is for people who:
✔ Feel bloated, inflamed, tired, or “off” despite trying to eat well
✔ Have dieted repeatedly with short-term or inconsistent results
✔ Have a medical or hormonal condition that complicates fat loss
✔ Want a plan built around their body, not averages
✔ Are ready to commit to a structured, evidence-based process

This is not for anyone looking for:
✖ Quick fixes
✖ Detoxes or fads
✖ Extreme restriction
✖ Generic meal plans

About your coach

I’m a Clinical Nutritionist with formal training in biology, psychology, and human performance, and over a decade of experience coaching people through meaningful, sustainable change.

Before clinical nutrition, I spent 11 years as a military instructor — developing a structured, results-driven approach built on accountability, education, and long-term outcomes.

I don’t just tell you what to eat.
I help you understand why your body is resisting change — and how to fix it properly.

Important note

This programme is best suited to those who are ready to:
• Commit to the process
• Apply what’s prescribed
• Take responsibility for their health

If you’re half-in or hoping for shortcuts, this won’t be the right fit.

But if you want fat loss that makes sense for your body and your condition, this is where it starts.

DISCLAIMER: When I say that “no food is bad for you”, I’m talking about REAL, actual food. NOT ultra processed food.

Avoid that stuff like the plague.

But my point is, if all the nutrition advice we have been given, off the government, off our friends, and from the abundance of uneducated f**kwits on social media was actually valid, we wouldn’t have a global obesity epidemic.

Millions of people around the country wouldn’t be suffering with chronic bloating/gas/constipation each and every day.

So many less people would be suffering with headaches, lack of memory/concentration, and brain fog.

So many of you who are training hard, and are putting your body through hell, would not only be able to train hard harder but also recover faster.

All if we were taught the ACTUAL truth about what it takes to feed the human body.

Fortunately, that’s why my job exists.

This will hopefully come as a massive sigh of relief to a lot of you.

Fat loss isn’t just calories in vs calories out, ESPECIALLY when cortisol is high.

Cortisol is a stress hormone.
Its job is to keep you alive — not lean.

When cortisol stays elevated (from stress, poor sleep, overtraining, under-eating, or blood sugar swings), the body adapts by:

• Raising blood sugar
• Raising insulin
• Slowing fat release from fat cells
• Prioritising belly fat storage
• Suppressing thyroid output
• Increasing inflammation

Over time, tissues become cortisol resistant — meaning cortisol stays high, but fat loss doesn’t happen.

So you can:
– eat less
– train more
– track calories perfectly

…and still get stuck.

Because the body is in survival mode, not “burn fat” mode.

This is why so many individuals over 35 say:

“I’m doing everything right, but my body won’t respond anymore.”

Fat loss improves when:
• blood sugar is stable
• cortisol comes down
• insulin sensitivity improves
• sleep and recovery are restored

Calories still matter — but physiology decides how those calories are handled.

Fix the nervous system first.
Then fat loss becomes possible again.

And I’d absolutely love to show you how.

Reach out today for a completely FREE introductory call so I can explain exactly how I can help YOU take back comrol of your life again.

That’s my “WHY”.

Not that I know when that’s going to be.

However, one thing I know for absolutely sure, is when the time does come, I’ll be ready.

Ready to be strong enough, fit enough, agile enough, flexible enough and energetic enough to chase those little s**ts around.

So have a think, what’s YOUR reason? What drives YOU to keep your health in check?

Or, if by your own admission, you don’t currently, then what’s gonna make you change your ways?

What’s going to ignite that fire inside you? Going to keep you chipping away, day after day, week after the week, even when life s**ts all over you and everything is fu**ed?

Because without sounding like some David Goggins wannabe, motivation is fu***ng pointless. It lasts a few hours, days, or maybe a few weeks if you’re lucky.

When motivation disappears, which it will, what’s gonna make you get up off of your ass and work?

As without that something, you’re simply deteriorating by the day, progress in one day closer to ill health, and undoubtedly making your future self live a much more miserable life than you need to be.

So, tell me, as I’d genuinely LOVE to hear it. Tell me below what YOUR “why” is 💪🏼

Drinking 5–6 litres of water a day and still feel like s**t?
Congrats — you might be washing yourself dehydrated.

Yep. It’s a thing.

If you’re:
• Sweating in the heat
• Training hard
• Sitting in the sauna
• Or working a physical job

…and replacing it all with plain tap water, here’s what can happen:

💧 You dilute your electrolytes (especially sodium)
💧 Your body can’t hold onto the water
💧 You p*e constantly
💧 Your cells stay dehydrated

So you’re technically “hydrated”…
but physiologically dry as a Weet-Bix.

Symptoms I see all the time:
• Constant thirst
• Brain fog
• Fatigue
• Headaches
• Muscle cramps
• Feeling flat despite “doing everything right”

Hydration requires more than just water.
Hydration = water + electrolytes.

Without sodium, water just passes straight through you like an unwanted guest.

👉 If you sweat a lot, every 1–1.5L of water should include electrolytes.
Even a pinch of salt is better than nothing.

Drink smarter.
Your kidneys will thank you.

If you’ve ever thought that…this post is for you.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not unfit on purpose.
And you’re definitely not broken.

What you’re missing isn’t willpower —
it’s an engine.

🧬 Inside your body are tiny energy factories called mitochondria.
They decide how long you can run…
how fast you get puffed…
and how quickly you give up.

Most people try to run hard before they build them.

That’s where it all goes wrong.

🏃‍♀️ Zone 2 training is the quiet, unsexy fix:
• Slow enough to breathe
• Easy enough to talk
• Gentle on your joints
• Kind to your nervous system

It doesn’t feel impressive.
But it works.

Every easy run tells your body:
👉 “Let’s get better at this.”

More energy.
Less struggle.
Confidence starts to come back.

If running has made you feel:
😞 Frustrated
😞 Embarrassed
😞 Like quitting

Please hear this:

Slowing down is not failure.
It’s how you move forward.
