Because movement was never just about exercise.
It’s about how you feel in your body, how you move through your day and the people you share it with.
One of our most requested classes is getting a new spot on the timetable. 🥰
We’ve heard from so many of you that you wanted more opportunities to join Restore Reformer, so we’re excited to be adding a new Wednesday afternoon class.
Restore is designed to help you slow down, release tension, improve mobility and give your nervous system a chance to catch up with the pace of life. Think gentle movement, longer holds, mindful breath and that beautiful feeling of walking out of class feeling lighter than when you arrived.
Perfect if you’ve been feeling stressed, stiff, overwhelmed, or simply craving a little more balance in your week.
Wednesdays at 4:30pm with the beautiful .burnett
Bookings are now open via the app ✨

Do you remember what it feels like to have energy that lasts beyond your morning coffee?
To move through the day without feeling stiff, depleted, or like you’re constantly running on empty?
Most people don’t need another wellness plan.
They need a rhythm. A reason to stop putting themselves last.
That’s exactly why we created Return to Ritual.
✓ 28 days of unlimited yoga, Pilates and reformer
✓ Complimentary Morning Light Grip socks
✓ A guided wellness ebook with recipes, breath work, journaling and support
✓ Weekly support and accountability from our team
This isn’t about changing your life in 28 days. It’s about remembering how good you feel when you consistently show up for yourself.
Because life feels different when you feel good in your body.

A gentle reminder:
You don’t need to feel ready before you start.
You just need to start.
We’ll meet you where you are. ✨
And yes you can sit with us 😍
A client told me today that her husband thinks Morning Light is a cult.
Because every time she comes home, she can’t stop talking about how good she feels. The space. The people. The teachers. All of it.
And honestly it made my heart smile so big!
Being part of a community that genuinely shows up for themselves, that cares about their health and their wellbeing and how they move through life… if that’s a cult, then I want in.
We’re not just a studio, we’re a place people genuinely thrive and want to be part of!
During Yin Yoga, we’re intentionally slowing down, softening, and turning our awareness inward. As the seasons shift and the weather cools, keeping the feet warm can help support this process by conserving energy, nourishing circulation, and creating a greater sense of grounding within the body.
It’s one of the reasons Paul often encourages students to wear socks during their Yin practice, especially in winter.
A small adjustment, perhaps. But sometimes it’s the smallest rituals that help us feel more present, more settled, and more connected to ourselves.
Do you wear socks in Yin? 🧦

This is what strength looks like. 💪✨
Reformer Strength with these incredible women this morning was a hit.
Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different starting points.
All showing up to challenge themselves, build strength, and invest in their future health.
One of the things I love most about strength training is that it’s never really about the weights. It’s about confidence. Resilience. Capability. Knowing your body can support you through all seasons of life.
The energy in the room this morning was incredible, and this is only the beginning.
