I never start my day in the gym, but, life is just getting so busy. . . . and, I enjoyed it! Still got to the beach in time to see the sunrise! Gotta love the winters in south east Queensland. So beautiful.

Getting back into training after open heart surgery has been an intentionally slow process. Who would have thought it could be possible to feel so good about DOMS?
