My Story
I am currently based out of The McKenzie Clinic, 1/79 Wises Rd in Maroochydore, where I run both one-on-one pt sessions and small group training sessions.
I come from a lengthy career in the corporate world, and can relate to the day to day stresses, aches, pains and frustrations that can come from such a lifestyle. I went searching for a better balance in life, and I am passionate about helping you find the same. Whether that means losing those extra centimetres you may have put on in the last few years, keeping up with the kids or grandkids, increasing your overall strength and fitness, training for a sport specific goal or if you simply want a better quality of life, I've got you covered.
