Start by wrapping the end with no string around your wrist with minimal slack ( you don't want it to be too loose or too tight you will be able to tighten it up after you are done wrapping) Once you have wrapped your wrists and you get to the end where the string is wrap that around and tuck it into itself. Grab wrist wrap and proceed to spin in the same direction as wrapped- this will tighten the wrap and if you need to loosen it up just spin it back the opposite way. ** Please note if there is too much slack wrist wrap may not tighten properly and may need to be rewrapped**
