Excited to let you know that there will be a demonstration of Acro Yoga at the Australia Day festival at the Maleny Showgrounds on Sunday, 26 January. There’ll be one demonstration at 10:15 am and one at 11:15 am. Come along and join in!

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT WORKSHOP Reclaim postural alignment and strength with some basic yoga movement tools. Tracy is offering one on one or small group workshops which aim to help unlearn old movement patterns that develop in everyday life and can lead to pain. Tony Wootton will be presenting a 30 minute movement class at the Witta Market this Saturday at 7am. $5.
