100 CLASSES FOR MICHAEL! 💯

Six months ago, Michael certainly wouldn’t have called himself a Pilates guy. But thanks to a little encouragement from his lovely wife, he’s well and truly changed that story!

100 classes later, Michael has become quite the character in our studio. Best known for his wicked death stare when things get tough and those glutes are on FIRE! 🔥😂

Beyond the reformer, Michael has become such a wonderful part of our community. He’s always showing up to our village events, getting involved and bringing his personality along for the ride.

Michael, we absolutely LOVE having you as part of our Studio Pilates family. What a fantastic addition you’ve been to our little community.

Day 5 of 30 ✨ He co-owned a Studio Pilates for 6.5 years… and now he’s doing more Pilates than ever!

This time last year, we caught up with Bill Abram — an inspiring athlete with a strong family connection to the founders of Studio Pilates and plenty of his own experience to share.

Since stepping away from studio ownership, Bill’s been practising more regularly than ever. He even made time to visit us in Maroochydore during our first month while here on holidays! 🙌

When Janet first walked through our doors, she had a goal in mind and a pretty short timeframe to achieve it!

I knew it was going to take hard work and consistency, but that’s what makes this community so special. We have conversations every single day, we get to know the people behind the goals, and we knew Janet had it in her!

And let’s just say, the results have come as no surprise! 🥹

What a transformation, and in more ways than one!

Donna is living proof that consistency wins. When you start doing more for yourself, the benefits reach so much further than you might expect. When you look after yourself, you have so much more to give to others, and Donna is the perfect example of that.

It was Jo who introduced us to this gorgeous, absolutely selfless human being, and honestly, how lucky are we to have her as part of our studio community!

Donna is an absolute delight to instruct. She gets in, works hard and is now reaping the rewards. We love seeing her show off just how far she has come!

She also loves a dress up, especially when Christmas is involved, so you know she is always going to bring a little extra fun along with her!

Donna, we love having you in our studio and watching you continue to grow in strength and confidence. Here is to getting even stronger from here, and never losing that beautiful, selfless spirit along the way!

What a milestone for an absolute fighter!

Nikki is one of those women who has faced some pretty tough moments and somehow continues to put one foot in front of the other. She is a pioneer in her field, an author and someone who has used her own experiences to help others through some really difficult times.

But Nikki is not just determination and resilience. She has a tenacious, cheeky side to her that we absolutely love, and that fighting spirit is certainly something special!

Nikki, we really hope you take a moment to recognise just how much this 100 classes means. You have had plenty of roadblocks along the way, but you have kept coming back, kept moving forward and continued to show up for yourself.

We are so proud of you and everything you have achieved. Congratulations on 100 classes, Nikki. You have absolutely earned this one!

50 CLASSES FOR VICKI!

Vicki is just one of those people who makes you smile. She is such a happy go lucky lady, and we genuinely love seeing her walk through the studio doors.

In fact, we secretly hope she comes early to class, just so we can have a little extra time to hang out with her before we get started!

She has come a heck of a long way over these 50 classes, and it has been so lovely watching her progress. She is moving better than ever, and it is amazing to see just how many skills she has picked up along the way.

Vicki, we are so excited to celebrate this milestone with you. You have come such a long way, and we could not be prouder of you.

We cannot wait to see you keep moving better, getting stronger and discovering what you can do over the next 50 classes.

Jodi is someone I genuinely look up to, not only for the way she shows up here, but for the way she approaches business and partnership. She has worked through a few roadblocks along the way, but if there is one thing Jodi proves time and time again, it is that consistency wins.

When she is not on the reformer, you will probably find her getting it done in the gym or absolutely smashing it in business at Twin Waters Pharmacy. Safe to say, this woman does not sit still for long!

Jodi, we love seeing you keep showing up, pushing through and backing yourself. You should be so proud of this milestone.

We just love your determination, and this milestone is one you have truly earned. We are so proud of what you have achieved and cannot tell you enough just how far you have come.

Storme walks through those studio doors with a point to prove every single time, I swear! 😂

And of course, we can’t forget her girl gang either. There’s always plenty of energy, laughs and motivation when they’re together!
