The biggest evolution between these two photos wasn’t physical…

It was mental.

The person on the left wanted more from himself, but didn’t yet have the discipline, structure or belief system required to create it. In a lot of ways, I was overcompensating for feeling like I wasn’t enough.

Eventually, that came to a head.

I got sick of the gap between where I was and where I knew I could be.

So I started doing things differently.

I tracked my nutrition. I tracked my training. I invested in mentors. I built routines. I set goals. I journalled. I became more disciplined and far more precise about where I was going.

And somewhere along the way, the physique changed too.

That’s what I’ve realised after nearly two decades of doing this.

The physique is rarely the end goal.

It’s what you have to become in order to build it.

For me, that ultimately meant creating a life where I could be free, live on my own terms and become the person I knew I was capable of being.

The body was just the physical representation of that evolution.

Meg 2.0 🔥

Most people are constantly chasing the next transformation. More muscle. Less body fat. Another cut. Another gaining phase…

But progress doesn’t always mean becoming more.
Sometimes it means refining what you already have 💎

With Meg, we’ve gone through dedicated fat loss phases, dropping from around 54kg to 48kg in her first cut, and eventually into the mid 45’s. But the real progression has happened between those numbers.

Slowly Recomping. Building lean muscle. Refining her physique. Improving her training, nutrition and understanding of her own body.

And most importantly, learning how to live in a physique she actually loves! 🙏🏽

She travels. Eats out. Enjoys other activities outside the gym. She trains enough to create the result, without making her entire life revolve around maintaining it.

Because eventually, that’s the goal 🎯

Not endlessly chasing the physique you want but actually BUILDING it. Learning how to keep it. And actually enjoying your life in it!

Most people never get there because they’re still focusing on the wrong things.

If you’re ready to focus on what actually matters, do the work properly and finally build a physique you can live in, love and be proud of then apply through the link in my bio 🧬☝🏽

🎙️ NEW EPISODE 139 - JAMIE WATTAM

This week on Curious Conversations, I sat down with Jamie Wattam…

Jamie left school at 16 and offered to work at a local garage for free.

That decision eventually took him from a small garage in Yorkshire to professional motorsport, rallying around the world, and even an opportunity to pursue Formula One.
But this conversation goes far beyond motorsport.

Jamie opens up about leaving the industry, moving to Australia, experiencing a severe period of poor mental health, and ultimately rebuilding himself through movement, nutrition, learning, and self reflection.

We unpack:

• Going from working for free to professional motorsport
• Why Jamie chose rallying over Formula One
• Why failure is simply experience
• The importance of just having a go
• Mental health and rebuilding yourself
• Surrounding yourself with people who make you better
• Finding inner peace and controlling the controllablles
• Why life is simply too short not to make the most of it

This is a conversation about work ethic, resilience, taking chances, and living a life you can genuinely be proud of.
