Luke Cook returning to the studio on Friday 4 September 2026!! Available hours 12pm - 4pm.

Certified in 2005 with Cynthia Lochard, Luke has been teaching both in Sydney and London.
Luke was teaching at the True Pilates Sydney studio from 2016-2018 before moving to London. Recently back from England, Luke is now based in Sunshine Coast at Contrology Gym.

We are very excited to have Luke back in the studio!

Reformer maintenance - when was the last time you had a look under the reformer. Replacing new reformer wheels so the carriage runs soother on the tracks. What a difference! Thanks to Pilates Lineage for getting the wheels to me on time. Great to touch base again with Russell!
