Too many of us are letting the big city life get in the way of even beginning to recover from anything, let alone training in the gym.

I too am guilty of not taking time to just breathe. This week I am starting and ending my day with 4 minutes of steady, deep breathing and I hope to see improvements to my sleep and recovery from training.
