Welcome to 2023. Looking forward to supporting your fitness, health and wellness plans this year.
This week we launch into our full timetable which includes
545am Monday - Wednesday - Friday Outdoor Groups
930am Tuesday and Thursday Outdoor Groups
10am Monday and Wednesday Indoor Groups
12pm Friday Indoor Groups
Around this are train with your mates, partner or friend PT sessions and or your own PT session.
Our stretch and flex sessions start after Australia Day.
Finally our 6 week Healthy Start Challenge commences on Monday 23rd with only a couple of spots available. We meet, plan and move each Monday at 6pm together. Only 10 spots for this program

The Story behind the Wellness Hub
In our twenties, PHYSICAL we discovered health through the beginning of my gut issues and the start of our first training business through our experience in professional sport and lesson learnt from the elite.
In our thirties, EMOTIONAL, we discovered that life can throw curve balls at you when least expected that can impact you for years to come. Learning how to work with a young family, manage our health and in survival mode.
In our Fourties, MENTAL we discovered working through trauma and PTSD through all kinds of therapies which then allowed us to help others.
And heading into our FIFTIES, we have brought all this together to educate and encourage our community.
The Wellness Hub offers
MOVE
STRETCH
RECOVER
- Personal guided training for movement and strength
- Stretch for longevity, range of movement (which reduces pain) and release
- Recovery and support from injury, illness, depression and life
- Round table real conversations with our community experts
- Programs to help men with mental health - helping them
find themselves again to be better dads, husbands and/or partners
- Programs to help women understand hormones/weight loss/regaining themselves after trying everything! Encouraging them to be better women by introducing time into themselves
And we are only just getting started!
For the next 4 weeks, our movement/stretch will evolve. From February, we introduce the Recovery with infrared sauna/ice baths.

According to Nutrition Australia, Australians gain an average of 0.8-1.5kg over the 5 day Christmas period.
How good are us Aussies ! That is the average........

The Non, Anti- Bootcamp approach !
Daylight saving tends to prompt the inner mammal in us to get out and get moving. I currently receive more inquiries about getting 'back' into some kind of fitness regime during this month than any other, as move away from hibernation into getting active.
If this feels like you, this program is designed to to help support you and your run into Christmas. Consider the following program for you and a friend, family member or work colleague to add some fun and accountability -
The Run into Christmas Program starts Monday October 10th
Designed to support all fitness levels of any age in this program you build slowly towards getting fitter, leaner and more energised. We take on an anti - bootcamp approach by easing you into a program that combines daily movement, strength work, stretch and flex sessions and a focus on physical and mental recovery techniques. The objective is not to flog you but get you through 6 weeks of regular movement, strength, stretch and recovery exercises so that you feel good.
Who is this for
If you feel you need a gentle kick in the bum in tidying up lifestyle
Have had some time away from any kind of general fitness and want to start
You want to increase energy levels
Plan to hit this Christmas being at your best self
Don't like gyms, large groups or running

Weekly check in, support and accountability

How you will do it...............
Starting next Monday 10th come along anytime from 6pm to our Training Studio and do some strength work, light cardio and finish with stretches. This session is anywhere from 45 mins to 90 mins depending on what you need to do and what time you can arrive. You will be guided on how to do this and then be supported in getting it done. All you need is 20 mins a day dedicated to this program.
You mindset needs to shift from feeling like you need to work hard and instead work smart by listening to your body and applying some proven techniques.
We figure you need to eat, so putting some guidelines on timing and types of foods to eat and what to avoid allows you to multiply your results..........if you choose.
What you won't get from us
Overtrained, flogged or yelled out
Calorie counting diets
Un achievable tasks or goals
You have the option of joining a Monday night group program for $47 per week, includes Monday night 6pm and another outdoor group training session, personal training plan and a gentle kick in the backside!
Alternatively you can take on your own personal training plan for $150 per week and includes two individual sessions per week and a group stretch class
Otherwise if you have a family member, friend or work colleague that wants to join you and train together then it is $90 per person for 2 x session per week and all of the above mentioned details.

Morning crew getting it done before the busyness begins

Well done to mother and son team Jana Stone and Jordan who this winter achieved some impressive personal goals.
For Jana
- 16.50 kgs of weight loss
- more impressive is 10kgs of body fat gone
- 25 cms overall
- reduced to zero pain most days to left hand shoulder which was operated one year ago
- some great blood results along the way with more results pending
Not bad for someone who lovvvvves a looooong lunch but through some small changes in lifestyle and consistency in moving has got some great results.
And for 22 year old Jordan it’s about building muscle so
- 3 kgs of weight loss
- body fat about the same
- growth by 3-5 cms in chest, hips and arms whilst reducing abdomen and waist measurements by 3 cms
They were limited to one argument and 3 x complaints/ whinges ( it’s early, it’s to cold, I should be in bed) during session of which Jana stole Jordys 3 complaints most of the time. Although more recently those have diminished!!! Well done Jordan and Jana on injecting some serious health into your life and reducing risk factors.

Here is what we know for sure .. women need a plan and accountability to achieve their health goal. We offer both! After many conversations, we have created a new program to work for you and your busy lives. Launching Sunday 29 May .. we are hosting our first ever workshop (with lunch, of course) for 10 women to set up a plan. Then, accountability will follow for 6 weeks. Pumped! Promising no starvation, Lycra outfits, burpees or calorie counting. If you want a different result, you have to do it differently. Available on our website to book your spot 💚
