If we have learned anything over the last few months, it's how vital social contact and exercise is to our physical and emotional wellbeing.
That is why we have had the most incredible feedback from outdoor training, it's really what it takes to get back on track and in a great state of mind.

“There is no doubt that the last couple of months have been a rollercoaster for many of us and our day to day lives have changed dramatically. Spending more time at home means we have more time to be bored and have more access to food, especially those ‘snack foods’ you wouldn’t necessarily pack in your work lunch box (for lack of a better term). Firstly, I believe it is important to acknowledge that our lives right now aren’t how they would usually be. We are limited in the physical activity we can do, and the lack of social interaction can really take its toll on one’s emotional wellbeing. Some of these changes can contribute to increased snacking and cravings. I know it’s easier said than done but be kind to yourself.”

Full Body Workout! No Equipment? NO Problem.
THE PYRAMID WORKOUT!
This full-body workout combines different movements to RAISE YOUR HEART RATE and BURN those calories.
Complete each exercise starting with 20 reps each. Then start the next set with 15 reps, 10, and then all the way down to 5 reps each.
30 minutes max
Beginner? Modify where needed.
- Forward jump squat
- Half burpee
- 180-degree jump squat
- Reverse plank leg lift
- Plyometric lunge switch to squat
