Love when i get to take clients through different flows and ways of moving their body. Watching them learn something new or achieving something they may have been scared of trying. 💃 Always layers and options whenever i’m teaching (in any studio!) it’s all about moving your body and creating a healthy space for your mind & body 🤍

New timetable starting 18/8.
Here’s the breakdown 👇

- Reformer is based at and it’s for members AND non members

- Fitness passport accepted

- Once classes pick up, we can always add more!

- If classes aren’t picking up, i’ll be taking them off the timetable!

- Kids are welcome to any classes (as a busy working mumma, i totally get it!) However, Friday 930 will be designed specifically for bubs to come!

- 45 min classes

- Book via the app or dm me (you don’t need to be a member to do this!)
