Disc golf tips: 3 forehand tips to improve quickly 🥏👇🏼 1. Be athletic — stop standing up straight & bend your knees! When you are in an athletic position you will always throw a better shot. 2. Lead with your front elbow — this is a big driver of power in the forehand shot. When you pull that elbow early and don’t use it as a driving force you lose so much distance. Use the elbow like a pitcher used their off elbow. 3. Smaller arm movement — just go straight back and c**k your wrist so when you swing your arm you have as little of movement as possible. When you have a lot of arm movement before throwing you can hurt your throws timing.
