How to stretch your hip flexors!!
Great way to release your hips, these muscles get tight when we sit or drive alot. So it's good to have a break from sitting and get on the floor and stretch out your hips.

Great stability exercise for the pelvis and core strength. Give it a try. Want to keep the back neutral and no arching when you extend the leg (think about drawing your belly button in throughout) Any questions about it just message me 😊 Enjoy, it works from beginner into more intermediate moves so go at your own pace.

Another great release with the ball for low back pain and stiffness.
A tennis ball or a massage ball will do the trick. By sliding your hands down the side of your leg will be a great test to do before and then after you release it and feel the difference. Our errectoe spinae and ql muscles get so tight with day to day activities so why not keep them loose and try this release for a few minutes every 2nd day. Any questions just DM me!
