Huge credit to every single legend who committed, pushed limits, and left it all out there in our first RESET Challenge of the year.

Final results are locked in 🔒 and the progress we’ve seen — both physically and mentally — has been nothing short of incredible. Our finalists have truly set the standard.

HYROX is coming to Sydney — and we’re turning up the heat! 🔥

This isn’t just another training program, this is race-specific.
Performance-driven. Built for PBs.

For 10 weeks, every Sunday, BFT Newtown transforms into a hybrid performance hub — sleds loaded, ergs primed, transitions sharpened, and coaches dialled in on every rep.

10 Weeks. One Focus. No Excuses.

When: Every Sunday, kicking off on 26 April through to 28 June

Session times: 7:15am & 8:45am

What’s included for $199:
• 10 high-performance PEAK sessions to get you race ready
• Elite coaches who know exactly what it takes, supporting you every step of the way

The announcement ya’ll been waiting for! Our End of Challenge Celebration is just around the corner and we’re ready to celebrate the hard work you’ve all put in 💪🔥

Picture this… an afternoon in the sun, a few rounds of pickleball, a drink in hand, and plenty of laughs with our BFT Newtown legends.

Sounds like the perfect way to wrap up the challenge, right?

We’re PUMPED to be kicking off our Performance Block 🔥

Coach Nic & Coach Orlando are demoing our two key lifts for this block — it’s time to lock in.

🏋️ Barbell Bench Press

We’re building towards your 5RM (5 Rep Max) — this is where you find out what you’re really capable of.

Key Testing Dates:�🔥Sat 11 April – MAS (Maximal Aerobic Speed) Conditioning Test�🔥Mon 13 April – Back Squat 5RM Test�🔥Wed 15 April – Bench Press 5RM Test

Make sure you log your numbers in the Performance app and approach every session with intent. Every rep has a purpose.

And then… we retest at the end of the block — stronger, sharper, and ready to see the rewards of your consistency and hard work.
