Excessive mobile phone use and screen addiction.

Sleeping late and not getting enough rest.

Poor fitness, conditioning, and fielding standards.

Improper coaching methods or failure to learn correct techniques.

Over-parent involvement that prevents players from developing independence and responsibility.

Lack of discipline and commitment.

Poor nutrition and hydration habits.

Negative attitude and unwillingness to accept feedback.

Inconsistent training and practice routines.

Making excuses instead of taking responsibility.

Giving up when faced with challenges or setbacks.

Lack of focus on teamwork and sportsmanship.

Wasting time on distractions instead of self-improvement.

Talent may get you noticed, but discipline, fitness, hard work, accountability, and good habits are what make an elite player.
