The most rewarding tasks are the challenging ones. Zero progress and growth comes from sitting in your comfort zone. When you feel fatigued, like calling it quits but push through, that is when you’ll gain.
It may be easier to give up when it gets tough but i promise nothing is more f*cking rewarding then subconsciously wanting to quit, then understand you have the discipline and will power to get through it. Learn to thrive on it.

🥗 Tailor your nutrition based on your activity level!🍔

Its a lot easier to eat “cleaner” when we are in routine.
During the week when you are training, working etc. you’re motivated and sticking to your schedule which may decrease the need to splurge.
Then the weekend hits… that voice in your head tells you deserve it, so you binge eat.
On days you are active and training you’re burning more calories which allows a higher calorie intake.
If you’re activity level on the weekend is minimum that means it’s a lot easier to eat yourself into a caloric surplus.
❕Base the amount you’re eating on how active you are.
If you feel like enjoying a big meal then do it on a day you’ve worked for it.

Why Have A Coach?

If you feel like you’re in solid amounts of effort in the gym , eating relatively healthy and aren’t getting anywhere there’s numerous reasons as to why.
Obviously the first assumption would be diet downfalls (over eating, excessive drinking etc.)
You DO NOT have to cut out the things you enjoy. But there are ways to work around it and implement them into your diet / routine without feeling the guilt and also without them affecting your progression as much.
Another factor that could be causing you to plateau could be your programming. A lot of people get comfortable in their ways and even though what they’re doing may be effective the results will eventually begin to decrease.
Having a program tailored to where your current physical state and specific goals by a coach will possibly bring you out of that plateau.
