Getting in my dose of Vit D 😍☀️ — and red cheeks 😀 during a slow & steady jog with beautiful views I never get tired of! Additionally there is currently also Sculptures by the Sea 🌊🏃♀️
Luteal phase vibes: slower pace, quicker to tire … but also full of its own superpowers!
I like to notice when my peak energy shows up and try to schedule the must-dos I can’t get away from (not always possible thou ofc 😅).
2 tips for this phase just from my own observations and learnings:
• Don’t leave your fridge empty — cravings for fat, sweet, and salty foods sneak up reaaaal quick. Enjoy in moderation; absolutely no need to ban, but too much can backfire 😉 (been there, done that!)
• Drink up! Your lips often tell you if you haven’t had enough water — dry or brittle 💧 (I know this one too well 🙋♀️)
How about you, notice any changes during this phase?
Big hug,
An

✨ Un Beso 💋 ✨
This goes back a few months - to December 2024!
Rounded up the year with my first Lady Styling performance.
And even though you usually see me mostly in gym clothes & active wear, I wanted to share this too. 🙂
Even though I haven’t known Ieva much, I could instantly feel her passion. 🤩💃 She truly lives and breathes dance, and it was so inspiring to be part of her vision brought to life!! 🤗
Grateful to have learned, moved, and shared this moment with the group of women.
Celebrating the joy and beauty of dance, the power of connection, and the magic of stepping outside my comfort zone. ❤️✨
(Reach out to Ieva to learn more if curious! 🤗)
Happy Saturday,
Hugs

Some of you reached out and asked me about my training, my nutrition, my routine. Often I get asked what I think about counting macros, or counting steps. Also often I hear that exercising is so hard and they “hate” it. I might do another post specific to these topics. But something I had on my mind:
Tracking your steps, your protein, your macros — it can all be really helpful. I at time use some of those tools or apps too. But when did it dictate to be the only way to measure how ‘good’ we’re doing? Can it possibly bring us away from our body’s innate wisdom? Do we tune in to FEELING and BEING or almost into performing and doing?
I say this with a lot of love because I’ve been there. Some years ago —letting numbers (on the scale, weights lifted etc) dictate my worth, criticizing my body for what it wasn’t, instead of celebrating all it is.
And this I see in clients and women time and time again.
It took me time (and compassion) to realize that no amount of tracking could measure the joy of simply feeling strong, the peace of moving without pain, or the simple magic of looking in the mirror and appreciating the beautiful body, my vessel, that carries me through life.
So yes, I’m all for intention and awareness.
However I also want to ask:
How alive do you feel in your body today?
How kind are you being to yourself?
How much joy can you squeeze into the day, even a breath?
How much joy is there from just BEING?
Because fitness in my view is meant to support your life, not control it. ☺️☀️💓
Hmmmm…. Now. The only thing I’m tracking today (with those 32 degrees outside, summer in Australia 😍) is how many ocean dips I can squeeze in before it is getting dark 😁
Pic from Sunday, little me time prior to catching up with friends & dancing the night away ! 💃
Sending love,

Lately, I’ve been feeling so grateful for the journey I’m on—the highs, the challenges, and everything in between. There’s a certain joy in discovering new layers of myself, learning to truly love who I am, and feeling strong in my own skin. But I won’t put on a mask and sugarcoat it all, because, let’s be real: life isn’t always easy to navigate. There are moments of doubt, emptiness, and that ache that reminds us we’re human.
Often times these experience can show up simultaneously and we feel it all, all at the same time.
There have been lately lots of tears, tears of joy and hugely amount of tears of heavy pain and discomfort, all those which we barely or never show on IG here.
What keeps me grounded is movement, breath, and my own practices as well as connecting with my feminine energy. In those moments—whether I’m training, flowing, or simply being—I find a sense of peace and strength that helps me keep going.
If you’re navigating your own highs and lows and want to feel more connected to your body and your strength, I’d love to support you. Through a mix of training, breathwork, and other modalities, we can create space for healing, growth, and self-love—together.
Send me a message to learn more. 💛
Much love

If or when in doubt, I am either on the ocean or under the sun ☀️🌊🏝️😍

We’re more alike than we often acknowledge or realise, experiencing similar joys, failures, wins…
We are all going through the same things. Just in a diversity of ways and at different times.
At the end - We’re all guiding each other home.
Once you start listening, you’ll understand.
Once you really observe, you’ll see.
Once you open up, you’ll uncover.

Bronte Sunrise. Water heals. If you’re low, it lifts you up - if you feel amazing, you feel even more amazing. 💛☀️☀️
And then sunrises - they add their deliciousness to it. ☀️☀️
