ROUTINE. So important to have a routine during lockdown to avoid days merging into one!
Our top tips for routine:
1. Wake up at the same time everyday, and give yourself a morning routine - whether it’s a coffee to start the day, or a walk to get those steps in. But set your alarm and keep it consistent.
2. If you have a meeting where you don’t need to share a screen, take it for a walk.
3. Block out an hour for lunch at the same time every day and get away from your desk. Try not to do anything work related in that hour.
4. Move your body at least once a day. This could be a 10 minute stretch or a live stream - but get those bodies moving.
