Yes, we reposted. But that’s because we feel that this message is important, especially given what’s happening in the world right now.

We note that the feeling of anxiety is not the same as diagnosed anxiety disorders. However, all people are capable of feeling worry, especially during uncertain times.

If you find yourself stressed and/or ruminating on bleak outcomes, these 5 tips may be useful.

We gassed The Spartan! ⚔️ 🏺

We had the pleasure of meeting our awesome new friend during our outdoor sessions at Gunyama Park.

We found Bobby to be an absolute gentleman, so when we heard that he’d suffered a shoulder injury, we reached out to offer assistance by lending him a Striking Cell to help him get back into training with the lowest possible impact to his shoulder.

Turns out that Spartan blood doesn’t come with a “Take it easy” option. As soon as we let Bobby have a go, he skipped the warmup and turned it straight up to 100, ripping into our Striking Cell with furious power and clinical precision.

A natural warrior, as soon as pain stopped being a concern, the next thing on Bobby’s mind was performance.

By eliminating the pain barrier, the Striking Cell allows the fighter to go as hard as they want to, for as long as they want to.

By adjusting the weight to 73kg (Bobby’s fighting weight), we’re able to simulate an actual boxing match in terms of power and cardio requirements.

It turns out that even Spartans can gas. But it takes them a while.

We’re stoked to be a part of the incredible boxing community at Bobby’s home gym, the legendary , and we hope that all the fighters there enjoy and benefit from using our Striking Cell. (But The Spartan gets first dibs!)

We’ll be checking in with Bobby to find out what impact the Striking Cell has on his and his fighters’ cardio capacities. Watch this space!

It’s not a punching bag: The Striking Cell took 3 years of development, with meticulous attention paid to every detail.

Of those, we spent 2 years fine-tuning our foam configuration and patent-pending impact absorption and suspension systems.

The result is something that we’re truly proud of: the freedom to box with or without gloves, to strike at maximum power and not be afraid of injury, and, above all — the smile we see on people’s faces when they feel a big strike connect for the first time.

Training on the Striking Cell feels exactly how bag training should feel in the 21st century.

When pain no longer holds back your performance, who can you become?

P.S. thanks for the tiktok !
