She found Reformer Pilates while recovering from hip surgery. Now she’s helping our Bondi community move, rebuild and feel strong again.
Meet Mari, our instructor at Balance Moves. A lifelong ballet dancer with a deep love for movement, she believes Pilates is about returning to your body with more strength, confidence and ease.
Whether you are rebuilding after a setback or simply craving a class that makes you feel amazing, Mari will meet you where you are.
