Just sharing a little piece of my heart today. đź’›
For every Kabayan who’s still holding on, may you find the courage to come home for good.
, I hope this will inspire you today...
Before October ends, I just want to take a deep breath and say… thank You, Lord.
There are nights when I still remember how it felt to be an OFW...
the silence after a video call with my kids...
the homesickness that visits when you least expect it...
the strength you need just to keep showing up again the next day.
Kabayan, if you’re reading this while missing home, please know, you’re not alone.
Every time you choose to stay strong for your family, that’s courage.
Every time you hold your tears, pray, and try again, that’s love in action.
As this month ends, I want to remind you that you are doing better than you think.
And no matter how long you’ve been away, it’s still possible to go home for good.
It’s still possible to rebuild your life with more joy, peace, presence, and purpose.
That’s what my upcoming book, Brave Shift for Good™, is all about —
the courage to believe that homecoming is still possible, and that your story can change for the better, starting now.
Reflection Tip:
Before you sleep tonight, take a quiet moment and ask yourself...
“What would my first morning back home feel like?” Picture it. Feel it.
Because every dream starts in the heart and this could be the start of your own Brave Shift for Good™.

Gusto mo bang maging VA for coaches tulad ko?
Let me tell you — this is the exact path that changed everything for me.
I’ve been working from home as a Coaches’ VA for 12 years now, specializing in management.
It gave me stable income, even during COVID.
I didn’t have tech skills when I started my VA career.
I just had courage and a willingness to learn, and my experience as a Corporate OFW, but I did it!
Now I want to help you do the same.
💡 So… ano ba ang ginagawa ng VA for Coaches?
Being a Virtual Assistant for Coaches means supporting life coaches, executive coaches, or business coaches behind the scenes while they focus on helping their clients.
Here are a few real-world tasks you can do as a Coaches’ VA (kahit beginner ka):
âś” Managing emails and calendar appointments
âś” Creating simple graphics or presentations (Canva or PowerPoint)
âś” Tracking client sessions and programs (Google Sheets or Excel)
âś” Sending invoices, payment reminders, or reports
âś” Writing short captions, summaries, or content
âś” Coordinating Zoom links, folders, replays, and program resources
âś” Scheduling social media posts or publishing content
If you’re a Corporate OFW — pwedeng-pwede ito sa’yo.
If you’ve ever used Excel, PowerPoint, email, or handled admin tasks, you already have what it takes.
Inside the Coaches’ VA Online Course, You’ll Go Through 4 Simple But Powerful Journeys:
Journey 1: CLEAR
Get clear on your goals, skills, and the services that fit you best.
Learn time and focus management so you can start and stay consistent, even with an OFW schedule.
Journey 2: EMPOWER
Build the skills coaches actually pay for admin tasks, invoicing, project tracking, and webinar support.
You’ll also gain confidence, overcome self-doubt, and start seeing yourself as a true VA.
Journey 3: NAVIGATE
Create your VA profile, write proposals, and learn how to apply to clients without second-guessing.
You’ll land your first part-time client and start earning while you’re still abroad.
Journey 4: ACCELERATE
Learn how to attract long-term, premium clients who value your work.
Build stable income, grow your reputation, and receive referrals — even while working quietly from home.
No tech experience required. No need to quit your job yet.
Just one decision to begin your shift.

Celebrate Independence Week with your own freedom plan!🥳
Every time June comes around, I remember the moment my life started to shift.
June 2013 — I was still working abroad, tired, homesick, and doubting if I could ever find a way out of the OFW cycle.
That same month, I started seriously pursuing a virtual career.
Hindi madali — 50+ rejections, tons of doubts, and lots of trial and error.
But by April the next year 2014, I was home.
Working online.
Living in Baguio.
Finally present with my kids.
That’s why I created something special for this month.
To help you take your first brave step too.

Kabayan, hindi mo kailangan ng perfect plan.
Minsan, hindi mo agad makikita ang bunga ng isang desisyon…
Pero isang araw, marerealize mong 'yon pala ang nagbago ng buong buhay mo.
This photo was taken exactly one year after I came home for good.
It was a client-paid trip I never saw coming.
And it all started with one quiet decision to begin again.
Kabayan, is there a decision you’ve been wanting to make—
but fear keeps holding you back?
The courage to start led me here... and more...

Netherlands.
Pag naririnig ng iba ngayon, may kanya-kanyang opinion.
But for me, it means one thing:
A moment I’ll always remember.
In November 2015, I spent 8 days in the Netherlands.
All expenses paid.
I was invited by a virtual client I had been working with.
But let me take you back a little further.
In June 2013, while I was still working abroad, I started learning about the virtual career space.
I studied. I applied. I showed up—after work, between shifts, during breaks.
And in less than a year, I landed two clients.
By April 2014, I finally went home for good, with great courage and quiet confidence—because I had already started building something sustainable.
Being an OFW taught me strength.
But it also meant missing the moments that truly mattered.
The birthdays.
The hugs.
The simple joy of being present with the people I love.
It showed me the weight of long-distance love.
Video calls during birthdays.
That deep ache when your child says, “Mommy, malapit ka na bang umuwi? Ilang months na lang?”
So I chose a different path.
I learned about virtual career and took the skills I already had from my corporate job
and slowly turned them into a virtual career.
One year later, I was already home for good,
And another year after, there I was walking by the canals of Amsterdam.
Not as an OFW.
Not just as a tourist.
But as a woman who said yes to her next chapter… and followed through.
That trip reminded me of something powerful:
The life you think is impossible…
might just be the one waiting for you
on the other side of one brave decision.
Kabayan, if you're an OFW quietly wondering if there’s a better way—
maybe this is your sign.
There is another way.
And yes, it’s possible for you too.
