Our superstar instructor Maddie talks through each level, who it’s for and when you know it’s time to progress your springs.
Don’t forget you can always try a new level, but you don’t have to stick with it. Listen to your body and change the springs whenever you need!

To align with our PROGRESS YOUR STRENGTH block, you will have the opportunity to track your progress in key movements during cycles 2, 4 and 6 within each STRENGTH class.
The focus is building strength, confidence and personal progress 🫶🏻
Tracking Exercises:
Class 1: Crouching Tigers - max reps in 20 seconds
Class 2: Single Arm Chest Press - db weight for 45 seconds (on each side)
Class 3: Reverse 90/90 Lunge - db weight for 45 seconds (on each side)
