Having lots of fun teaching my weekly barre’ class at Flow Well Studio , I may not be the best dancer, but I love it and I’m unashamed to put myself out there and have a go! 👈🏼

1/ Squat to side raises
2/ Reverse lunge, shoulder press
3/ Lawnmower (side lunge) to front raise
4/ Back bent over row, wide-narrow
12 reps x 3 sets of the 4 exercises , add a few hill runs and you’ll have a great session. 🥳 don’t forget to stretch 🧘🏻‍♀️

So great to have fellow teacher & friend in my Pilates class today... YES, she has a boot on her foot (surgery) and is riding a scooter... just goes to show you should “never give up” and “there are NO excuses” to not move your body... she’s so inspiring. Love ya P 🥰💕

Yogalates....
Infusion of yoga and pilates.

I’m passionate about any type of movement that creates a stronger, leaner & flexible body.
Stimulating all senses whist encouraging our parasympathetic nervous system to take over from our sympathetic. 🤩


Difference between Sympathetic And Parasympathetic Nervous System. The sympathetic nervous system prepares the body for the “fight or flight” response during any potential danger. On the other hand, the parasympathetic nervous system inhibits the body from overworking and restores the body to a calm and composed state.

Moving your body everyday is the best medicine you can ask for... give it a go.

Sitting down with pen and paper and setting your weekly goals & intentions can really help propel you towards a greater success of actually achieving them.

Maybe last week you weren’t able to fulfil your goals... so it’s time to let go of this and not let that discourage you from making new goals and intentions.

My personal goals are to dig deep into studying a nutrition course I’ve enrolled in. Very excited to keep my brain alive and learn some new material.
My business goals are to bring the best quality classes and training sessions to my clients whilst continuing to grow my client base.

So let’s do this team!!
It’s never too late to start 💪🏼😉
