7 minutes 15 seconds. Let that sink in.
Rouba isn’t just a member… she’s family.
We’ve watched her through it all… the grief, the hard days, the moments where showing up was the hardest thing she could do. And still, she showed up.
We’ve laughed with her, watched her find her spark again, watched her get stronger, leaner, more confident… stepping into the best version of herself right in front of us.
Today wasn’t luck. 7:15 on that plank wasn’t a fluke.
That’s consistency. That’s grit. That’s showing up when no one’s watching and pushing when it hurts.
We even had a little cry at 5:45… because this is bigger than fitness.
