WOW AMY!! Incredible results from my 10 week Challenge.
ON FIRE - Check out those Abs?!!
Mum of 2 Amy, working shifts and juggling life still managed to commit and stayed consistent and the results speak volumes!
Smashing 2 Strength sessions a week , 10k step goal a day, we worked out her macro breakdown and aimed high protein/ good amount of carb/ healthy amount of fats- according to her needs and with a slight deficit and look at the results!!

When Consistent Strength Training, Nutrition and Patience works!!
Consistency in exercise is the quiet architect of transformation—each workout is a small deposit into your future self, and while the scale may test your patience, trust that your body is rebuilding itself beneath the surface, becoming stronger and healthier with every choice you make to show up, even when progress feels invisible.
Remember: the changes happening inside your body—improved cardiovascular health, increased muscle tone, better insulin sensitivity, enhanced mood—are already working in your favor long before the mirror or scale catch up.
When I hear ‘But I’m not losing weight!’ Well how long has it been? It doesn’t happen overnight and it doesn’t happen unless you put the right things in place and the no excuses.
My beautiful client Works her Butt off in every class and shows up no matter what! She has been consistent and patient and her confidence shines

Barbs weight-loss journey has been an amazing one!! Now at a loss of 17 kilos!! Since January
From 96cm to 86cm waist
From 114cm to 98cm on hips
From 107cm to 100cm on Chest
A perfect example of what to do once we are out of that initial weight-loss calorie deficit period.
Maintenance is a lifelong process that requires consistent but manageable effort whilst still enjoying the treats and living life!
The transition from active weight loss to maintenance can be challenging since it requires shifting from a temporary “diet” mindset to permanent lifestyle changes.
Most people find success by gradually increasing calories while maintaining the healthy habits that helped them lose weight initially.
You are a shining example Barb of how this works!
You look so healthy and happy and are so deserving.

Keep saying that’s it I’m joining a gym? Or I feel crap, no energy, you have put on weight, tiredness, or it’s crappy weather so you can’t come …
Motivation comes and goes. Discipline and routine are what carry you through.
It’s okay to miss a day. Just don’t quit. One bad day doesn’t erase your progress.
Focus on how you feel, not just how you look. Physical changes take time, but mental and emotional benefits often show up early.
Consistency will give you the results
We all have ‘those’ days BUT I guarantee you never regret a workout you regret NOT doing it.
Start now and watch the changes for a longer and healthier life

Getting up early and seeing First light with my little (no so little !) man.
My Happy place, walks, talks and a coffee before the day really starts with pack lunches, school drop offs, classes , sports and the day to day stuff.
Simple things are the best. Trying to make a little time for me. Getting some steps in and fresh sea air
